What you receive

You receive a structured written deliverable by email, covering:

• Brief summary of the facts you provided
• Answers to your questions (prioritised)
• Process roadmap (what depends on what—the correct sequence of steps)
• Tailored document checklist (what you need and who issues it)
• Key risks/dependencies that commonly cause delays (tax / engineer / Ktimatologio)

Plus one of the following:

• One 20-minute clarifying call, or
• One brief follow-up email (within 7 days) to clarify points arising from the report

Scope & limits

Document review is limited to the page cap above and is used solely to extract relevant facts and support the roadmap and checklist. This service does not include drafting of contracts/deeds/pre-contracts, full title-chain audit, authenticity verification, contacting third parties on your behalf, or ongoing file handling/representation.

Availability & timing

Produced weekly on Wednesdays (Athens time). Clarity Report+ is limited to one (1) per week. Completed submissions are scheduled for the next available Wednesday slot and delivered within 72 Athens business hours, measured Monday–Friday (EET/EEST), excluding Greek public holidays. If you are in a different time zone (USA/Australia), your email may arrive on the same or next calendar day locally.

The delivery clock starts once your intake and document upload are complete and within the stated limits. Submissions received after 18:00 Athens time or on weekends/holidays are treated as received on the next business day for delivery timing purposes.

Calls (included option)

If you select the call option, calls are scheduled only on Mondays, 19:00–20:00 Athens time (EET/EEST), subject to availability. Calls are for clarification of the written report; no additional document review is conducted during the call.

(If you prefer not to schedule a call, you may choose the follow-up email option instead.)

How it works

1. Purchase Clarity Report+ (VAT added at checkout)
2. Complete the intake form and upload documents within the page limits
3. Receive your Clarity Report+ by email within the stated timeframe
4. If applicable, schedule your call (or send your clarification questions for the follow-up email)

Add-ons (only if needed)

To keep scope clear and delivery fast:

• Extra question (beyond your tier): €30 + VAT each
• Extra document bundle (up to +10 pages): €50 + VAT (applies to OV/SR/CR/CRP only; QA has no document review beyond one (1) page screenshot for context).
• Additional 20-minute call (if not included): €60 + VAT

If your request exceeds the limits of the service purchased, you will receive an upgrade/add-on link before work begins.

General notes (applies to all services)

• Delivery timelines, measured in Athens business hours, start once the intake and document upload are complete.

• Submissions received after 18:00 Athens time or on weekends/holidays are treated as received on the next business day for delivery timing purposes.

• Call Window (Athens time): Mondays 19:00–20:00 (EET/EEST).
  Calls are available only if included in your service (Clarity Report+) or purchased as an add-on.

• Maximum two (2) calls per Monday window.

• Time zones (calls): Time slots display automatically in your local time zone (USA/Europe/Australia).
